Last updated: May 27, 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to this website and coaching practice. By accessing this website or engaging in coaching services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are intended to create a clear and respectful framework for our work together.
If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using this website or booking coaching services.
2. Nature of Coaching Services
Coaching is a collaborative and reflective process intended to support personal and professional development, self-awareness, leadership growth, decision-making, communication, and meaningful change.
Coaching may include discussions related to:
• professional development
• leadership and management
• communication and relationships
• career transitions
• personal growth
• self-awareness and reflection
• organizational or team dynamics
Coaching is not psychotherapy, psychology, psychiatry, counseling, legal advice, financial advice, or medical treatment.
Coaching services do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
Clients remain fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, health, wellbeing, and outcomes.
If appropriate, clients may be encouraged to seek support from qualified healthcare or mental health professionals.
3. Eligibility
Coaching services are intended for adults aged 18 years or older.
By using this website or engaging in coaching services, you confirm that:
• you are at least 18 years old;
• the information you provide is accurate;
• you are voluntarily engaging in coaching services.
4. Discovery Consultations
Complimentary introductory consultations may be offered to explore coaching needs and determine whether there is a good fit for working together.
Discovery consultations do not constitute an ongoing coaching relationship.
No coaching outcomes or results are guaranteed during or after these conversations.
5. Coaching Sessions and Engagements
Coaching sessions may be offered individually, virtually, in person, or within organizational settings.
The structure, frequency, duration, and fees associated with coaching engagements will be agreed upon prior to the start of services.
Corporate and organizational coaching engagements may involve additional agreements regarding scope, confidentiality, reporting, scheduling, or stakeholder alignment.
6. Fees and Payment
Fees for coaching services will be communicated in advance.
Unless otherwise agreed:
• payment is due prior to or on the day of the scheduled session;
• invoices must be paid within the stated payment terms;
• accepted payment methods will be communicated directly.
For corporate engagements, payment terms may be established through a separate service agreement or invoice.
Late or unpaid balances may result in suspension of services until payment is received.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
Missed appointments without notice may also be charged in full.
Exceptions may be considered in cases of emergency or exceptional circumstances.
If the coach must reschedule a session, reasonable efforts will be made to offer an alternative appointment.
8. Confidentiality
Confidentiality is an essential part of the coaching relationship.
Information shared during coaching sessions will be treated with care and discretion.
Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is reason to believe there is a risk of serious harm to the client or others.
In organizational or corporate coaching contexts, the boundaries of confidentiality and any reporting expectations will be clarified at the beginning of the engagement.
9. No Guarantee of Results
Coaching is a collaborative process, and outcomes vary depending on many factors, including client engagement, readiness, effort, context, and circumstances.
No guarantees are made regarding specific personal, professional, relational, financial, or organizational outcomes.
10. Client Responsibility
Clients acknowledge that they are responsible for:
• their own decisions and actions;
• implementing insights or strategies discussed during coaching;
• seeking professional medical, legal, psychological, or financial support where appropriate;
• maintaining their own wellbeing and safety.
Coaching is intended to support reflection and growth, not to replace professional healthcare, therapy, legal counsel, or financial advice.
